Lace & Ebony may update these terms from time to time and your purchase would indicate that you are agreeable and will abide by these terms. Lace & Ebony reserve the rights to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.
Merchandise are sold on a first pay basis. Once your order's confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes or make any refunds. Please ensure that you indicate the correct item code, item name, mode of postage and your personal details. Once valid orders are placed, you will receive an invoice from us between 24-48 hours.
Upon receiving the invoice, payment has to be made in 24 hours. If order is not paid within the given timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, items will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will have their accounts and emails deleted from Lace & Ebony's database and will be banned from all future purchases.
We highly encourage our customers to pay by i-banking to facilitate the verification of payment. However, the option of paying through ATM transfers are still available at the moment; please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be deemed as invalid and will be voided.
At Lace & Ebony, we aim to deliver your orders within 48-72 hours upon confirmation of payment received. Lace & Ebony ships worldwide. Please choose your preferred mode of postage correctly upon filling up the form to ensure a smooth facilitation of your parcel. Lace & Ebony will not be held liable for lost parcels if the customer chooses to opt for normal mail. We strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels which is an additional $2.50 on top of normal postage of $1.00, and will trackable. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent out. Lace and Ebony uses Singpost to ship all parcels. Lace & Ebony will not be liable for any delayed or lost parcels that are under Singpost's responsibility.
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD$. Prices are not inclusive of normal postage charges for Singapore addresses. For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $2.25 on top of product pricing.
All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and Lace&Ebony does not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of defects or wrong order received. In the event that you receive a defective product, you will be required to mail us back the items via registered mail with tracking. We will reimburse postage charges incurred by you for returns that are solely due to our oversight.
Please seek to return or get a refund for your order strictly within 7 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items must be returned new, unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
