Please take time to read the terms & conditions before placing an order. Take note that by purchasing from us, you are thereby accepting and consenting to our terms and conditions as stated herein. Lace & Ebony may update these terms from time to time and your purchase would indicate that you are agreeable and will abide by these terms. Lace & Ebony reserve the rights to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice.
We will reply to all emails within 24 working hours. Kindly give us an allowance of 24 hours (Monday - Friday, not including weekends and P.H.) to reply you, before sending a second email to us. Do note that repeated emails to us within 24 hours, will only push your emails later in the queue, as we reply in accordance to the earliest emails first. We seek your kind understanding on this matter.
Orders & Payment
Merchandise are sold on a first-pay basis.
Invoices are auto-generated and sent out immediately upon the confirmation of the order on the website. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it immediately. If you are unable to locate our email in your inbox & spam, kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond to you asap with a manual invoice.
Upon receiving the invoice, payment has to be made in 24 hours via ATM transfer, I-banking. Payment by Credit / Debit card is immediately made after the customer checks out the item. If order is not paid within the given timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, items will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will have their accounts and emails deleted from Lace & Ebony's database and will be banned from future purchases.
We highly encourage our customers to pay by Credit / Debit Card to facilitate the verification of payment. However, the options of paying through ATM transfers & I-Banking are still available at the moment; please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be deemed as invalid and will be voided.
Orders made via Credit / Debit Card would not receive another notification email from us as your payment would have been verified automatically.
Customers will not to notified again once their items has been shipped out. All orders will automatically be shipped out within 24 - 48 hours upon receiving your payment, unless the item falls under BACKORDER. Backorder items have varying shipping time, please refer to the individual product page for an estimated delivery time frame.
At Lace & Ebony, we aim to deliver your orders within 24 - 48 hours upon confirmation of payment received. Please choose your preferred mode of postage and ensure that your address is stated correctly upon filling up the form to ensure a smooth facilitation of your parcel. Addresses not filled up completely (e.g.: Missing unit number) would face a delay in delivery time.
Standard & Express Courier services are offered at Lace & Ebony. All parcels are delivered to your door step, and a tracking number would be provided to you once we've shipped out your parcel. A shipping notification email would be sent to you once your parcel is dispatched.
Lace & Ebony ships internationally. We offer Normal / Registered Airmail postage for shipping to Malaysia, and only Registered Airmail to Worldwide. Please add your items into the cart to get an accurate quote for the shipping fee based of the weight of your order, or drop us an email at email@example.com for a shipping quote.
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All prices are final.
Exchanges and Refunds
All items purchased off our website is considered final sale and Lace & Ebony does not accept any form of returns, unless in the event of wrong order received or a defected item.
Do note that all apparel on the website will be subjected to a 0.5" allowance due to the allowance given to the factory's mass manufacturing process.
We will only make a special exception for size exchanges (must be in the same color; unless it is out of stock). If your desired size is out of stock, only store credits can be returned to you. We strongly urge you to refer to the measurements for an accurate gauge. We regret to inform you that postage charges for exchanges that are not due to our oversight, will not be reimbursed by Lace & Ebony.
Please seek to return or get a refund for your order strictly within 7 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed. Returns that are damaged or soiled, with hints of being worn, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will only reimburse postage charges incurred by you for returns that are solely due to our oversight.
Changes in size and other issues that are not due to our oversight, we regret to inform you that postage charges will not be reimbursed by Lace & Ebony.
Lace & Ebony will not be considering these reasons for exchange/returns:
i) If customer has a change of mind for the item upon receiving it
ii) If customer does not fancy the cutting of the item after receiving it
iii) If customer deliberately damages / soil the item for refund
iv) Minor defects of apparel (e.g. Loose threads, uncut button holes, removable slight stains, dropping of buttons)
v) If customer disregards measurements provided and can not fit into the item (biggest or smallest size available, and no other sizes to exchange to)
vi) If customer disregards colour indicated on the product's name
vii) If customer request for a return/refund because of the length (only size exchanges are allowed. Length of clothes can be easily altered at a reasonable rate at any tailor)
To process your claims (within 7 days of receiving your item) :
i) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item name (color & size if available)
ii) Inform us if you have received the wrong item / defected item / request for a size change (subjected to availability)
iii) Provide us a snapshot of the defect (if any)
iv) Await our reply within 24 hours
We regret to inform you that requests for exchange or a report of defect after more than 7 days would not be entertained.
Arrival dates for individual items may differ. Please check the individual item's page for a better gauge of the estimated delivery date.
Slight delays in arrival for backorders may occur due to manufacturing / shipping delays. Please give some allowances to the estimated arrival date.
Backorders may be subjected to cancellation (i.e. cease of production for that design, size runs out). We will seek to inform you as soon as we can.
Upon receiving the shipment for backorders, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped to you.
Please note that we would not be emailing you again once we've shipped your parcel. Please track the status of your backorder at the individual product page.
Lace & Ebony reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you thereby agree to the above terms and conditions listed.
